The winners of the 2019 Utah SPJ Headliners journalism contest were announced and celebrated during an awards gala Wednesday at Gallivan Hall in Salt Lake City, alongside this year’s special honors recipients. Their work represents some of the finest reporting in the state, and we commend them.
