U.S. District Judge Dale Kimball has denied a request by the Salt Lake Tribune and other news outlets seeking the release of the videotape of a Salt Lake City police/FBI interrogation with Brian David Mitchell in the aftermath of his arrest in connection with Elizabeth Smart’s kidnapping.
